Try before you buy

Before you even need the guarantee: the Free tier is time-unlimited on Windows and needs no license key at all, so you can genuinely try the real app first. The standalone Android app also includes a full-featured trial period before it requires a license key — check the app itself for the current trial length, since it's set inside the app and may change over time. The 30-day guarantee below is on top of that, for after you've decided to buy.

Eligibility

You're eligible for a full refund if:

• You're requesting it within 30 days of the purchase date shown on your receipt (Dashboard → Reports).

• The purchase hasn't already been refunded.

• The request comes from the account that made the purchase (or, for a gifted license, either the buyer or the recipient — we'll verify with the buyer either way).

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding the same tier, or evidence the license was used commercially or redistributed in violation of our Terms of Service.

How to request one

Email support@vaultherit.com with the email address you purchased under and, if you have it, your order date or Download ID (shown on Dashboard → Downloads). We review requests manually and aim to respond within a few business days.

What happens after a refund

Once approved:

• The payment is refunded via Razorpay to your original payment method — this typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

• The license key that purchase issued (and its complimentary Android key, if any) is deactivated and will no longer unlock the paid tier.

• If the purchase generated a referral commission for someone, that commission is deducted from their wallet balance.

Refunding your license never touches your local vault file — it stays exactly as it is on your device. A refund only affects which features are unlocked going forward, not any data you've already stored.

Referral commission and coupon purchases

A purchase made with a coupon is refunded at the amount actually paid (after the discount), not the full list price. If your own purchase earned you referral income and you're the one requesting a refund on a different purchase, that's unaffected — clawback only applies to commission earned specifically from the refunded order.
